The WRC documented violations of freedom of association at Uniwell, a factory located in the Codevi industrial park in Haiti, following the dismissal of a plant-level union leader in September 2024. Following engagement with the brand A4, the factory agreed to a settlement with the worker that resolved the violation that occurred.
